Biography
Paul Tanner's journey as an artist began when he participated in a ceramics class at Creative Vision Factory in 2018. Tanner was given the assignment of copying an antique vase using the coil method. This is what inspired his interest in art. He is primarily interested in Greek and Etruscan pottery. His goal is to copy the perfection of this work. The act of creating his art out of earth and water makes him feel grounded. Tanner works with a variety of colors and patterns in his pottery. Tanner’s artistic practice is located at Creative Vision Factory in Wilmington, Delaware.
